Whisky Galore has operated as a family owned business since 1992 in New Zealand and since 1946 in Scotland.
Our aim is to import/buy/provide, in fact purvey the best selection of whiskies possible to our clients, simple!
Our business is built on selection and service and we are very proud of what has been achieved.
Should there be a whisky we don’t have then we will if at all possible get it for you, just ask.
Our small team is dedicated to finding and purveying the finest drams, in fact “The Drams of Your Dreams”.
Whisky Galore has new premises: 66 Victoria Street
We took over on 1st June and will spend most of June fitting it out and getting it ready for public consumption!
It’s extremely exciting for us, the premises are much bigger and give us more options, however lots to do to “whisky it up” so please bear with us for just a wee while longer.
Our phone numbers, e-mail etc remain the same.
Pre-orders the day before pick up are most welcome or Internet for dispatch. Pick up will be possible at the new premises, between Salisbury and Peterborough St, just down from the Victoria Clock Tower and just up from the Casino.
Again we are only here due to your forbearance and generous support through telephone and Internet orders, and again our most sincere thanks, not long to go before we look forward to welcoming you through our “new” Whisky Galore Doors.
- We are able to select, or help you choose a cask for your own bottling
- We are able to supply whisky with your own label from casks of high quality
- We are available to do tastings, however, due to the very heavy demand they do need to be discussed and booked well in advance
