Allt a'Bhainne 'Infrequent Flyers' 2005 / 17 years old 60.1%

This 17 year old Allt a'Bhainne was selected by Alistair Walker for its rich and intense flavour, with lashings of toasted oak and nutty flavours from the virgin oak barrel finish. Baked goods abound on the nose, with brandy snaps and honey joining molten Demerara sugars, allspice and star anise.
