Colour: Dark amber.
Nose: Chocolate cherry, red cola cubes, red currant, Gammel Dansk, sloe berry, bitter marmalade, salted pork, sweet vermouth, Peychaud?s bitters, Kummel, herbaceous hickory.
Palate: Dark chocolate eclairs, Black Forest gateau, Riesens (chocolate covered caramel), forest moss, pipe tobacco, pecan pie.
Finish: Well-balanced, rich, drying, round, lengthy finish.
