This release from Edfinburgh Gin is inspired by Scotland's East Coast. The botanicals include ivy, bladderwrack and scurvygrass. These botanicals give the gina fresh sweetness and a soft salinty and herbaceous notes on the palate. This gin goes well with a crisp Gin and Tonic or a briny Seaside Martini.
