This expression, distilled at Teaninich distillery in the Highlands, has been aged for fourteen years before being transferred into an American Oak, ex Rye Whiskey cask, and bottled by Alistair Walker at the cask's undiluted strength of 55.6%.
the nose is soft, malty and fruity., With otes of syrupy pineapple, malty biscuits and freshly picked apples.
The palate is initially sweet, fruity and floral with bubblegum and floral and fizzy violet notes. Rounded off with big notes of classic Rye spice, bold and peppery.
