Aged in a combination of American oak ex-Bourbon barrels from Kentucky and French oak ex-Cognac casks from France, this is a marriage of single pot still and single malt Irish whiskey. Dashes of sweet vanilla marry with notes of cinnamon, before opening to depths of plum and poached pear. Pressed grapes and citrus zest make was for chocolate undertones and lingering spice.
