Matured for 16 years in an ex-hogshead cask from Glen Elgin, carrying a signature flavour of delicately floral beeswax, ginger and fruit. Notes of honeycomb, citrus and apricot joins vanilla cream, nougat and pickled ginger. A delicate white pepper spicyness and strongly brewed tea lifts through the finish.
