We invite you and your friends to join us at one of our whisky tasting events - from beginner friendly sessions through to the most in-depth and exclusive, our whisky events are educational, fun and social events where everyone is welcome.
Christchurch is our home, with the majority of events are based in our dedicated tasting room, The Howff. We are also out on the road around the country, sometimes with special guests from Scotland and further afield.
Our final Whisky Talk session of the year sees us jetting over (spiritually, not literally) to the southern shores of Islay to visit the Ardbeg distillery. This session will feature several limited edition expressions, including the Ardbeg 'Y2K' 23 years old, created from the first spirit laid down in the new millennium. Join us to learn more about this iconic distillery that was saved from its near total closure in 1997 and returned to its former glory at the turn of the millennium.
This smaller format tasting includes 5 different whiskies and kicks off at 6:00pm - we do hope you'll join us for an evening of fine drams and plenty of chat.

We invite you to join us for a spectacularly smoky end of year celebration with our annual Islay Night tasting. This tasting will be a romp around the world's most famous whisky making island, and includes the unveiling of a very special Whisky Galore single cask exclusive release.

'A Wee Dram' Tastings
Our dedicated tasting room is available for small groups of 2-6 people for a more individual whisky tasting experience. Join one of our hosts as they take you through a specially selected lineup of 3 whiskies over the course of 40 minutes.
