We are extremely proud to launch the first releases from the Waterford distillery in Ireland, focusing on locally grown barley and the environment in which it is created. The Gaia release is the first certified organic whisky to be made in Ireland, made from a organic barley grown at handful of farms in the area, and the Ballymorgan release comes entirely from one single farm near Wexford. The Waterford distillery is blazing a unique trail that is both very modern and distinctly old-fashioned.
