Distilled in 2007 in Fettercairn's unique water-jacket cooled stills, this new single cask expression was matured for 17 years in a refill American oak hogshead. Nutty, malty sweetness is joined by fresh lemon peel and plenty of tropical fruit. The citric and fruity lushness continues, balanced with black pepper and other warm, woody spices.
