An absolute classic Speysider, this small batch Linkwood has been bottled from a parcel of American oak Hogsheads, offering aromas of high tea, with warm Victoria sponges and rich toffee fudge. The palate follows along with a creamy light theme, with notes of vanilla yogurt, toasted oak and gently spiced stewed apples. A winter night's desserty finish with more of that spiced apple flavour, this time like a warm pie topped with vanilla ice cream.
