Bunnahabhain 'North Star' 2014 / 10 years old 55.9%

Unlike the majority of its neighbours on the Isle of Islay, Bunnahabhain's traditional style is unpeated, and this North Star single cask offers a classic example of the make. Delicate and aromatic scents of beeswax and old-school confectionary are joined by a sweet and tangy sherbert note with honey cake and apple.
