TBWC 'Canadian Corn' 8 years old 45.8%

Part of the core range from That Boutique-y Whisky Company, this expression is distilled from 100% corn at an undisclosed Canadian distillery, before undergoing maturation for eight years in 100% ex Oloroso casks. The result is a delightfully sweet whisky, with notes of candied bacon, fruity pastry, crystalised ginger, sticky maple syrup and buttery popcorn.
