Pokeno Alchemy 46%

A new  bottling from Pokeno distillery, this expression has been fully matured in six cask types, PX sherry Hogshead and Butts, light and medium toasted Virgin oak Barrels and Twany and Ruby Port Barriques. 60% of the spirit was matured in PX casks, 20% in Port casks and 20% in Virgin Oak casks.

There are notes of ripe red fruits, dark chocolate and rich Black Forest Gateau. Followed by honey, caramel and vanilla pods, before a long lingering fruity finish.
