Matured entirely in refill American oak, this undisclosed distillery from the northern reaches of Islay is fresh and vibrant on the nose with lemon oil, salty sea spray and a soft ashy smoke. More citrus on the palate with smoked fish and that classic Islay peat reek. A delicate herbal note joins a sea-side salty finish.
