Port Askaig 15 years old 50.5%

Port Askaig by Elixir Distillers is selected from an undisclosed Islay distillery, and this new 15 year old is made from a handful of refill hogshead barrels, allowing for a balance of spirit and wood character. The freshness of sea salt and lemongrass balance with the earthiness of charred kippers, brown sugar, and light spice. As the dram develops, melon sprinkled with rock salt lingers, revealing sooty smoke and a touch of sweetness.
