Ardbeg 'Anthology: The Beithir's Tale' 15 years old 46%

This new 15 year old Ardbeg is named after Beithir, a mythological Scottish sea-serpent. Aged in specially designed, charred and toasted ex-bourbon casks, the scaly inside of the barrels allows for a deeper maturation, bringing out woody vanilla, eucalyptus and pine oil flavours. Treacle sweetness wraps around ground coffee and citrus, with Ardbeg's long, smoky peat tang blazing throughout.
