Wolfburn 'Cognac Cask Finish' 46%

For the final six months of maturation, this new Wolfburn was left to mature in ex-Cognac casks, made from French Limousin oak. Starting with a familiar salted caramel and vanilla note, there is also a defined flavour of Brandy flambeed orchard fruits coming through, with a subtle dark chocolate / coffee lingering in the background. Limited edition of just 3,900 bottles.
