Speyside (TAM) 'Signatory' Small Batch 2013 / 11 years old 48.2%

Selected from a small batch of casks from the Tamdhu distillery, matured for 11 years in ex-Bolgheri wine casks from Tuscany. The distillery's chewy caramel and toffee character remains in the background, with a more prominent profile of vibrant black and red berries coming through from the wood. There is a dry and tannic spice in the finish, ideal for pairing with a sweeter style of chocolate with nutty or fruity notes.
