Matured for 10 years exclusively in toasted oak casks, this Tormore has developed distinctive wood-derived aromas and flavours from the processing of the barrels, with toasted almonds and coconut the main theme of this whisky. Poached pears and meadow hay give a backbone of sweetness, with fragrant oak spices giving warmth and a delicate dry texture in the finish.
