High Coast 'Adelphi' 10 years old 57.1%

Formerly known as 'Box Distillery', High Coast started production in 2010 with the inaugural release in 2014. Already famous for their peated styles, the quality must be impressive to have caught Adelphi's attention! Cask 1527 was matured in a first fill oloroso hogshead yielding 320 bottles at 57.1% Expect deep, complex notes of earthy peat and dark chocolate, with an rich overtone.
