Glen Ord 'Signatory' 100 Proof 11 years old 57.1%

A new arrival from Signatory's excellent "100 Proof" series, this Glen Ord was matured in ex-bourbon barrels, offering a profile of fresh apples, buttery, warm apple strudel and preserved lemon. Bottled at the old-school 100 British Proof which is 57.1% which really shows off its rich texture and vibrant flavour.
