The Tullamore Dew 12 years old is a triple distilled blend of three types of Irish whiskey - pot still, malt and 'golden grain', matured for 12 years in a combination of American and European oak casks. Soft and creamy with an added richness from the sherry casks, this is a deeper and more complex Tullamore than usual.
The legendary story behind Tullamore Dew first began far back in the mists of time before the 10th century when the Irish originated the magic of 'Uisce Beatha' or whiskey. Golden Irish barley and pure crystal clear water are at the heart of the legend. Following triple distillation the legend grows with the slow maturation for many years in oak casks while the rich and mellow taste of Tullamore Dew develops. You can enjoy Tullamore Dew on its own, with ice, with soda or water.
