The Knockdhu distillery sits on the very eastern edge of the Speyside region, producing a delicate, sweet and light style of whisky. Their single malt is named AnCnoc, named after the local reference to the distillery as simply being 'the Knock', with 'a Knock' being a dram of Knockdhu.
