Macallan 'Harmony Collection - Rich Cacao' 44%

This expression from Macallan's Harmony Collection has been inspired by the chocolate creations of pastry chef Jordi Roca. A parcel of sherry seasoned European and American Oak casks have been selected to deliver luxurious, rich dark chocolate note.

On the nose there are aromas of chocolate fondant, honey, oak, zesty lime and ginger. The palate opens up with notes of dark chocolate and honey, followed by dates, vanilla and cinnamon. The rich chocolate notes make a return towards the finish.
