Malfi gin is produced using a small number of botanicals including local Amalfi coast lemon peel and juniper, a zesty, fresh, and crisp gin.
Situated in Moncallieri Torino Distillati is run by the Vergnano family. The Malfy Originale is distilled with Italian juniper, coriander and five other botanicals including angelica and cassia bark. The bottle is said to be inspired by the beautifully clear Monviso mountain lakes while the lable is reminicient of the snow capped peaks. Pour a refrehsing gin and tonic and garnish with a wedge of lime or use to create a classic Italian negroni.
This gin has been infused with Sicilian blood oranges and combined with traditional gin botanicals such as juniper. The blood orange peels are steeped in alcohol and pressed in a basket press.
This gin from Malfy is infused with Sicilian pink grapefruit. This is of course a citrus-dominant gin, with notes of bright, fresh grapefruit and lemon, leading to a long juniper-dominant finish.
