Part of Craigellachie's complex character comes from the distillery's use of traditional worm tubs, creating a heavier and richer spirit. Bottled from a medley of 10 year old ex-sherry and de-char / re-char casks, this Craigellachie offers a bounty of dried fruits and heavy spices, joining a robust earthy (coffee, dark chocolate) tone, touched with the slightest whiff of distant peat smoke.
