Dingle 'Fómhair' 50.5%

This limited bottling from Dingle honours the Celtic celebration of Conocht an Fomhair, or the Autumn Equinox.

Initially matured in ex Bourbon casks, with a finish in Rum casks, this expression has aromas of fresh mint, rhubarb crumble dusted with brown sugar and toffee apple. On the palate there are hints of tropical fruits and sweet raisins giving way to honey, coconut and hazelnuts.
