Dingle 'Samhain' 50.5%

Samhain, by Dingle distillery is named for the Gaelic festival which marks the end of harvest season and the start of winter. This triple distilled limited edition release is selected from first fill ex-bourbon casks before a long finish (2 years) in first fill ex-Muscatel casks. A bursting floral, summer fruit quality opens the nose, with citrus, cherries and raspberries. Raisins, almonds and sweet spice linger, with almond (marzipan) throughout.
