Glencadam 'Blackadder' 10 years old 60.5%

This expression from Glencadam distillery has spent eleven years maturing in a single American Oak Barrel and was bottled at the cask's natural strength of 60.5%

The nose is rather light creamy and sweet, with aromas of lemon zest, vanilla, caramel as well as floral tones.  Soft spicy woody tones develop on the palate, joined with sweet notes of caramel, malt, candied ginger and aged leather.
