This dram from Glengoyne Distillery is crafted from 20% first fill bourbon cask maturation, 25% first fill sherry and 55% refill casks. This makes for notes of fresh Hay, Malt Flour, Rosehip, Citrus and dried fruit. Clean with a gentle sweetness, a hint of tropical fruit, candied lemon, cinnamon, vanilla and apple pie.
