Hinch distillery is offering a limited gift box pairing containing not only a 19 year old single malt, but also a bottle of Château De La Ligne Grande Reserve, Hinch distillery's founder Terry Cross two greatest passions brought together. This mighty dram was matured for 18 years in Kentucky ex-bourbon barrels before a finishing period of 6 months in a cask of the 'Grande Reserve'. The nose flows with red summer berries, plum and apple pie, fresh fruit and a delicate touch of confectioners red liquorice. Thick caramel coats the palate, followed by toffee, dark cocoa, sweet vanillins and freshly toasted oak. Finishing with red apples, plum and summer berries, influence from the red wine cask finish.
