A milestone release from the Wills family at Kilchoman with this, their oldest age expression to date. Matured for 16 years and selected from a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, the distillery's signature profile of integrated peat and delicate fruity and citrus tones is on full display. A rich butterscotch character carries vanilla and spicy tones, with coastal peat smoke becoming more integrated and mellow, surrounded by flashes of exotic tropical fruit.
