Hand selected by Signatory founder Andrew Symington, this 17 year old single cask from the Mortlach distillery shows the quintessential style of this iconic distillery. Opening with a big kick of spice (clove, pepper) and fruit puddings, it moves to chocolate covered figs and the distillery's signature 'meaty' note, best described like beef stock cubes, beef jerky or the wee bits left in the bottom of a roasting tray.
