The first ever release from Roseisle, this expression has been matured for twelve years, in a combination of fist fill ex Bourbon and refill casks.
The nose is light and rich, with notes of vanilla, molasses, and cereal. Fruity and nutty notes develop, combined with light notes of Victoria sponge cake and hints of white chocolate.
The palate is smooth, velvety, and creamy in mouthfeel. A light spiciness helps with balance before notes of rich fruitiness take hold.
The finish is long, initially sweet before a light warming spice develops.
