This 12 year old is the first of the cask-strength legacy series, with individual casks chosen to highlight the specific character of the spirit laid down into ex-bourbon barrels in 2012. Lemon barley sugar and coconut biscuits lead the aroma, with herbaceous thyme and charred oak. On the palate, a signature citrus and very fruity peach & pear flavour build to vanilla-rich fudge and buttery pastries. Finishing with delicate sweet spices from the wood.
