Cardrona 'Otago Pinot Cask' 52%

This special release for Cardona's 2022 birthday has been maturing in four different Pinot noir casks. These casks here souced from Felton Road and is limited to  With 1,217 bottles. The nose hasnotes of black amber plums and nectarines. The palate develops into notes of dried raspberries, poached nectarine, toffee and cashews with gentle spices.
