Bottled as part of Cardrona's core release to showcase the three cask components to their Falcon bottling, this expression has been matured in a single ex Otago Pinot Noir red wine cask.

There are notes of juicy nectarines, ripe berry fruits, figs, pecan pie, borage honey and clotted cream.
