The first certified organic Single Malt Scotch whisky since 2006, this is the latest of Benromach's acclaimed 'Contrasts: Organic' series. As with previous ''Organic" releases, this expression has been distilled with unpeated organic barley, displaying a difference in character from Benromach's signature subtle smokiness. Matured for nine years in a selection of virgin American Oak cask, the resulting whisky is sweet, rich and subtly spicy, giving notes of sweet malt, toasted oak, banana custard, mocha and hints of cracked pepper.  Fully accredited by the UK Soil Association, this is a rare example of totally organic Single Malt Scotch Whisky.
