Benromach 'Unpeated' 2014 / 2024 46%

An exciting new release from the Benromach distillery in Speyside. This expression utilizes 100% unpeated malt, resulting in a different style than usually expected from Benromach. Aged for nine years in a parcel of both ex Sherry and Bourbon casks, there are notes of spiced apple pie, juicy pineapples and sweet liquourice with a lingering finish of sweet toasted oak and cooling menthol.
