The Cotswolds distillery was established in 2014, becoming the first full-scale distillery in the history of the area. Using only locally grown barley which is then floor malted. This new expression is matured in a selection of Ex-Sherry casks, American oak and European, both butts and hogsheads, seasoned with Olorosso or PX. The style is richer and fuller on the palate than earlier expressions, full of dried and stewed fruit, sweet spiciness and delicate nuttiness.
