Distilled in 2007, this new expression from Dalmore sees their whisky matured in ex-bourbon casks, with a final finishing period in Matusalem, Apostoles, Aomoroso and Marsala wine casks. A honeyed and baked brioche tone leads the aroma, with ginger cake character adding warm spice. More honey on the palate is tinged with ginger again and mandarins.
