This 21 year old whisky from Dalmore distillery has been matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels and first-fill Sherry casks. These sherry casks have been selected from Gonz?lez Byass bodega. Notes of bitter dark chocolate, Seville oranges, coffee, and toffee apples are found on the nose. The palate has notes of liquorice, Black Forest fruits, roasted walnuts, and marzipan. Ginseng, pear, and blood oranges are found on the finish.
