Distilled in June 2008 at Deanston just north of Glasgow, this single ex-refill sherry butt matured is rich with treacle and fruit flavours, with juicy raisins and an intense peppery warmth from the wood. Dark toffee and cinnamon dusted stewed fruits linger in the finish.
