GlenAllachie 21 years old Batch #6 52.8%

Available only once a year and in very limited quantities, GlenAllachie's 21 year old release is chosen from a small number of ex-PX and ex-Oloroso sherry casks by the distillery's owner, Billy Walker. As is typical for this age, there is a rich layering of flavours - cherries, honeycomb and spiced orange joins an intense undercurrent of dark chocolate and plum brandy. Dried berries and fruits merge with mocha and gingery spices in the finish which is emphasised by the choice to bottle this at a natural cask strength.
