Glendalough

The Glendalough Distillery is a craft distillery in the Wicklow Mountains, making Irish Whiskey, Gin and Poitín. It is situated in Glendalough, which is a township in a glacial valley and sources its water nearby from Wicklow Mountain. Glendalough Irish Whiskey is known for its flavours which is injected through the process of maturing the wood in barrels.
