Bushmills Original Irish Whiskey is the original Old Bushmills Distillery whiskey. Bushmills Original is a blend of single malt Irish whiskey and Irish grain whiskey. Grain whiskey reserved for Bushmills Original is slowly matured in American oak casks that are specially selected to bring out the golden hue and light, yet distinctive, characteristics of the whiskey. When mature, this grain whiskey is blended with our aged malt whiskey. The malt whiskey imparts its rounded, fresh fruit and delicate honey aromas to the blend, combining perfectly with the fresh, light citrus note from the grain whiskey to give Bushmills Original its pleasant balanced character.

Unique among Irish whiskies, Connemara is the only Irish peated malt in existance today. Twice distilled in two small pots stills the whiskey retains a traditional light and delicate character true to the Irish style with an added peaty twang.

Unique among Irish whiskeys Redbreast is a 'Single' unblended, pure pot still Irish whiskey which has been triple distilled and matured in oak casks for not less than twelve years. This uncompromising dedication to authenticity and quality gives Redbreast a traditional smooth mellow character and a taste which is full flavoured and assertive but not over robust. A truly great Irish dram.

Slane is a new blended Irish whiskey, put together by the team behind the new distillery situated at Slane Castle in County Meath, Ireland. Three different cask types including virgin oak and seasoned barrels from Kentucky and sherry casks from Spain, have been used to mature this whiskey, introducing perfumed notes of vanilla, fresh oak and butterscotch, flowing into flavours of raisin and spice. Though the current source of the whiskey is not from Slane distillery itself, this maturation method is key to their new production which started in 2017.

Fully matured in Californian red wine barrels resulting in an intensely fruity and beautifully amber liquid, with lush berry notes. Hand selected casks, bottled at 46% with no chill filtration and matured in Californian red wine barrels which results in a fruity dram with sweet berry notes and vanilla.The finish dominated by wood and sweet spice.

The Teeling Whiskey Company was founded by Jack Teeling, son of John Teeling who was the founder of the Cooley distillery in 1987. The Teeling family are currently bottling whiskey's from Cooley, and this first release is a small batch of casks that have been bottled at 46% without chill filtration or colouring. Uniquely for an Irish Whiskey, it has been finished in rum barrels for an extra tweak of sweetness and spice.

Black Bush is one of the most famous Irish whiskey's, made from triple distilled malt and blended with grain whiskey. A richer and more fruity style with notes of sherry, peaches and nuts.
