The use of fresh, 'virgin' American Oak barrels is one of the key contributors to the overall flavour of Kentucky Bourbons, bold with spice, vanilla and a strong woody influence.

Having been aged for 10 years this bourbon displays more complexity than some of its rivals at similar prices with aromas of toffee, honey and rich oak notes on the nose leading onto a warm and rich palate with cocoa and oaky flavours.
