Matured in ex-bourbon barrels and bottled at 12 years old. Creamy vanilla opens on the nose, followed by fragrant heather and burning tree branches. The palate brings syrupy richness, honey roasted cashews, vanilla essence and subtle peat notes. Finishing with smouldering pine, heather honey and burnt orange.
