We are proud to launch the first ever whisky from the Isle of Harris Distillery, the long-awaited The Hearach. The aroma evokes a curing smokehouse, joined by fragrant hillside heather and smoky dried prunes. A creamy sweetness, like that of creme brulee, joins crisp apple fruity tones, with a lingering sea-salt tang left on the lips. The subtle smoke returns in the finish, a beautiful whiff of a peaty fireplace slowly burning down.

A remarkable achievement for all on the island, this whisky is a testament to the hard work of everyone involved and we are delighted to finally share it with New Zealand.

Made entirely from an easily-recycled aluminium refill can, this is the Isle of Harris Gin 'Top-up', allowing you to refill your beautiful gin bottle without needing to throw away or recycle any glass. Simply top up your bottle with this 500ml of Harris Gin, rinse out your Top-Up and pop it into the recycling - a rather smart, green idea from the Isle o' Harris.
